We're Big Lebowski fans at our house ... so it's always fun to add a bowling card to the mix.
This one is inspired by the BE Inspired Challenge at Alley Way Stamps.
I used the colors in the bottom left picture and added lots of circles to my design.

I broke out lots of Washi Tape together with stamps from Framed (since the Wedding photos in the inspiration collage reminded me of Wedding Pictures).

We're having a Biggest Loser Competition at the office ... and while unfortunately, I will not be the winner, I thought it would be fun to make cards for those who have done the best. There's a Stampy Sunday Linky Party going on at The Alley Way Stamps, so I thought I'd join that fun too.
I used the scale & sentiment from Work It Out together with a sentiment & speech bubble from Talk to Me to create my CAS design. I also used one of my favorite stamping on designer paper techniques for this week's CAS-ual Friday's Challenge (so perfect for paper piecing).

I wanted to join Orange You Glad It's Friday? Be Inspired Challenge at The Alley Way Stamps to make a card inspired by this photograph.
I needed a get well card, so I stamped the bandaid from Gotta Bug? with a little face. I used my orange glitter pen to highlight the bandaid and the thermometer.
Next I stamped one of the speech bubbles from Talk to Me, and then stamped the Gotta Bug? sentiment inside.
I die cut my background from some orange patterned cardstock using PaperTrey Ink QuatreFoil Die Cut and then attached it to a light blue base, incorporated the shades from this week's Dynamic Duos Challenge.
I attached my stamped elements with foam tape for dimension & then added a few *bugs* to the background (accented with orange glitter pen).
When I saw this week's Runway Inspired Challenge, I knew I had to join the fun ... seriously, Monsters ... NYC ... and Kate Spade ... how could that not be a win??
I kept the tall thin shape of the silhouette in my card & incorported a Monster (from The Alley Way Monster Mash), cityscape of NYC (from Hero Arts Skyline) together with a NYC Taxi Cab ... and pops of red. I had lots of fun putting this design together ... and believe it or not, I have the perfect person to send it to.
And since the design was so trendy and fun, I added a Studio Calico Veneer speech bubble colored with a Spectrum Noir Marker for the Moxie Fab World Speech Bubble Challenge. I also added several pieces of Washi Tape (the road & a tape measure) to finish the design ... and I tied the big red apple up with the bow (PaperTrey Ink's Poppy).

I decided to incorprate layers, the colors, and of course ... make it sweet. Since my nieces & nephews are across the miles, I thought a camera would be a fun vocal point for a valentine.
I paper pieced the Polaroid Frame & Camera from the new Framed Set. I added some SRM Sticker Heart (from Sweet) and sentiment with a row of hearts (from We''ve Got Your Border - Valentine ... love these) to finish the design. The layout is this week's CAS Sketch from The Paper Players.

I loved that little teal monster with the wonky eyes, so that's what I used to inspire my design. I'm also joining in Judy's Monster Mash Challenge for the Hope You Can Cling To Challenges at SplitCoast Stampers (get it Monster Mash aka Mammogram ... love it).

I wanted to play along with the Be Inspired Challenge at The Alley Way Stamps ... even though any kind of carnival ride that goes in circles makes me nauseous ... so instead I went with the playful feel and fabulous color combination for my card.
I combined the one-eyed Monster from Monster Mash with a sentiment from AdoraBOWL (it was meant to go with the eye glasses in that set, but I thought it was perfect with this one-eyed beauty).

While watching the Olympics last night, I thought it would be fun to make a sports-themed card. During the opening ceremonies last night, they mentioned that this would be the first Olympics for Women's Boxing, so that's the theme I chose ... a card for anyone fighting the good fight.
I used this week's ColourQ Challenge together with this week's Retro Sketch
(flipped on its side) ... which is sponsored by The Alley Way. The stamps for my card are from The Alley Way's Work It Out.
I paper-pieced the gloves and training bag & added a paper punched button with pink twine as an embellishment.
Since my husband and I both have a rather goofy sense of humor, I wanted to make a quirky card for the Stamp It! Love Card Challenge at the Moxie Fab World Blog ... and when these fun Monster Mash stamps arrived from newly-discovered company The Alley Way, my idea came together.
Having a full day of mid-week stamping was a treasured treat ... love it! I paper-pieced my little imaginary friend using hues from this week's ColorQ Challenge. I was thrilled to find some vintage American Crafts Ribbon in my stash in just the perfect colors ... and the embossed Tim Holtz Swirls seemed like the perfect backdrop for my cute little guy.
The sketch is from a new-to-me blog (discovered via the talented June Houck) ... Artful Delight.
