This week's Poppy Sketch asks us to incorporate a touch of Chevron.
The sketch was perfect for featuring a pocket card (Project Life Card) and some SRM stickers ... love these colors.

I paired three designer papers from American Craft's new Shimelle Collection with several stickers for a quick Anniversary Card.
I love the cute little stamps in Lawn Fawn's Get Well Soon set ... and this week I added the coordinating Lawn Cuts dies to my collection, which makes them even more fun to use.
This week's Lawnscaping Challenge is texture, which I added by adding Lattice Embossing to my designer paper ... and using foam tape to make my cute little elements pop off the page.
The Thank You Chit Chat is also from Lawn Fawn (with coordinating Lawn Cuts Dies).

I wanted to play along with the second Poppy Sketches Challenge.
I love those colors (I've actually been thinking about that combination for my new bedroom). I wanted something playful and fun, so I finally inked-up my Lawn Fawn Let's Roll. I paper pieced my sushi rolls and used some foam tape for dimension on a natural flecked cardstock.
I finished with a fabric button I found in my stash in the challenge colors ... trust me in real life, the color of my twine looks much more coordinated.
My husband and I are in the exciting (and a bit stressful) process of buying a new home. That also means we're in the process of selling our home. Our realtor has *suggested* that I turn my studio back into a dining room ... which means at this point, about half of my art supplies are packed-up in the garage for moving.
This also means that my creativity is going to have to get a bit more *creative* over the next few months as I find ways to craft with the supplies I still have at hand.
I wanted to join in the very first Poppy Sketches Challenge ... my first thought was to use a border punch (all packed away) or maybe some decorative scissors (packed away) ... so instead I just used a single flower, with a cool metallic brad that I've hoarded for way too long.
I love these colors together ... they are all over my studio (now my dining room). I decided to feature a combination of Cosmo Cricket word stickers that I found inspiring (and that were on my dining room table) ... doesn't everyone have stickers on their dining room table?
