I've finished week 2 of the #marchprintingchallenge with Gelliarts.
Day 8 was Bright Colors that make me happy. For me that is orange, fuchsia and lime green with the O'Keeffe Orchid Joggles Stencil (Mask) by Elizabeth St. Hilaire.
For Day 9's Cool Colors I combined metallic blue & green, which ended-up giving me a bit of a Mermaid vibe.
For Day 10's warm colors, I couldn't stop playing with the orange/red combination. These were my two favorites.
For Day 11, I tried a technique involving water splatter, but it didn't work the way it was supposed too ... but at least I learned.
For Day 12 Gradient, I used two shades of pink.
Day 13 - how do I pick a favorite colors. Since I used most of my favorites on Day 8, I went with my sister's favorite purple with some polymer clay texture plates I picked-up over the weekend.
And for Day 14, I'm not sure I've ever done a Black & White print before ... but I loved how it turned out, especially with the bits of red paint residue that was on the plate.
Another fun week of making art every day ... I love it.
