What's better than a sweet little jab at a friend for their 40th Birthday?

I used Hero Arts Birthday Party Transfers with the Hero Arts Dancing Lines Stencil and Hero Arts White Wax.  The sentiments are My Favorite Things Sassy Pants Birthday.
