This morning I wanted to make a card for the Lunar New Year Challenge.
My card was 100% inspired by Thanh Vo's amazing card inspired by her pocket money greeting card. I adored the bright citrus with the contrast of the teal background.
I used a stamp, die cut and coordinating citrus stencils from Pink Fresh Studio Citrus Twist (a stamp set that was exclusive to one of their events).
I also used a teal card base & added lots of enamel dots in teal and gold (because I just felt like a Lunar New Year card needed a bit of gold). I finished with my Celebrate! the New Year sentiment from Pinkfresh Studio Happy Birthday Sentiments and Coordinating Die Cut (because you can celebrate so much more than just birthdays).
I also positioned all of my elements on a the inside from frame cut with Pinkfresh Studio Notched Corner Frame Die.
I'm also joining the Addicted to Stamps and More Die Cuts and Stencils Challenge.
I love this and the citrus theme.
Thanks for joining us at the Lunar New Year Challenge!
For some reason your blog keeps logging me out of my typepad account....I'm sure it's me and something that I've done.
