I continue to have fun at the #marchprintingchallenge with GelliArts on Instagram.
For the Metallic theme on Day 4, I used two shades of Metallic Silver Paint and the Totally Dotty Stencil from AALL & Create.
For Day 5's Tissue Paper theme, I found this wonderful tissue paper flower at Create/Exchange and thought it would make a fun texture ... and indeed it did.
For Day 6 Fabric, I found some cross-stitch fabric at Create/Exchange that produced both a cool painted fabric and a cool paper print.
Day 7 is Collage. I combined layers of printing & stamping using Seth Apter Stamps from Impression Obsession with the AALL & Create Totally Dotty Stencil and inks from Catherine Pooler and The Stamp Market.
Day 8 was printing with one of my favorite mediums, PanPastels. They picked-up some unexpected grunge, which is always a wonderful surprise from gelliprinting.
Day 9 is Ink Pads. I used two trios of Concord & 9th Ink to create lovely ombre prints.
Day 10 is Jewelry. I found this fun coconut necklace at The Create/Exchange that I thought might produce a cool texture for printing ... and again, my gut was right. I love the effect.
I love the fun of creating art every day.
