The newest Jingle Belles prompt is all about Die Cuts (we're also allowing punches or electronic die cuts from Cricut or Silhouette) ... we're just asking that Die Cuts be front and center on your design.
I started with the Trinity Stamps Mini Slimline Woven Die originally cut from white cardstock (which didn't give enough contrast to my other white elements as I started building my design), so I die cut it a second time from one of the thin marbled & gelliprinted pieces of paper on my studio table left over from this card, and attached the two together for sturdiness before attaching to a Gelliprinted background.
I used this week's Try A Sketch on Tuesday layout for my design.
I die cut four different Simon Says Stamp Snowflakes - Jewel, Kinley, Bliss & Alicia - as well as the CZ Design Joyful sentiment all from heavy white cardstock.
I finished with Pinkfresh Studio Gems in the centers of the snowflakes & scattered in clusters on the background.
I'm also joining the Simon Says: Anything Goes Challenge.
OMG, Stefanie, this is breath taking! Love it so much!
Thanks so much for playing with us at TSOT!

How lovely - so bright and cheerful. Love all the texture that the die cuts add to this. Thanks for sharing over at TSOT.
