A Thanksgiving week of skipping through blogland:

The newest Challenge at Shopping Our Stash is Splish, Splash - create a card using a water medium (watercolors, acrylic paint, etc.) or using an image featuring water.
I painted a piece of Watercolor Paper with Brutus Monroe Creamy Aqua Pigment in Orchid. I intentionally left the brush strokes in the paint for some texture.
I die cut the Taylored Expressions Peace Within Leaves from Grey Cardstock and attached it to the painted paper.
I attached the painted panel with foam tape for dimension and added a few orchid gems and a Taylored Expressions Sentiment Strips - Friendship sentiment.

I started today's card with inspiration from the TGIF Gratitude Inspiration Challenge.
I used kraft inspired by the woodgrain and Vintage Artistry Serenity Washi Tape from 49 and Market for the flowers.
I added a sentiment from Honey Bee Stamps set for the Crop & Create Delivered Spring 2023 event.
I'm also joining the Simon Says Stamp Thanks/Thanksgiving Challenge.
As I mentioned before, one of the fun things about creating with friends and trying products you don't own. I borrowed these die cuts from my friend Brenda and used them with a Michael's Christmas slimline paper pad.
The quilt die cut was from a Concord & 9th class. The sentiment is from Unity Stamp Company Greetings of the Season die cut set.

I paid for the most recent Pinkfresh Studio event, but when the weekend happened, life got in the way and I didn't get to create.
So this weekend, while I was with other friends who had participated, so I worked through some of the cards. This was one of the extra cards in the class.
I had fun using Pinkfresh Studio Holiday Gifts stamps & stencils to create all of the fun little gifts and greenery to stuff into my holiday envelope, which I attached to a white ink splattered card base.
Hard to believe we're already at our final prompt of 2023 at Jingle Belles. This week we're asking you to create cards inspired by our fabulous Lauren-designed blog banner for 2023.
I went with a pink color palette, white snowflakes, pink glittery letters and swapped the texty background for a musical one.
I started with texty Santa paper from Prima Santa Baby paper. I added some glittery Spellbinders Shapeabilities Die D-Lites-Jolly Ho Ho Ho letters (that have literally been on my studio table since I made this card in December of last year), silver glittery Love from Lizi Peel-offs and white snowflake stickers.

One of the fun things about crafting with a group of crafty friends is sharing supplies. I used Taylored Expressions Buds & Blooms Stamp Stencil Combo to create this fun birthday card.
I used one of the stamps from Taylored Expressions Sentiment Staples to finish the design.
The November Pinkfresh Studio Challenge theme is thank you with a Rainbow color palette.
I was putting supplies away and found my last Pinkfresh Studio stash box still unpacked. I went through my inventory and found this fun rainbow paper from the Pinkfresh Studio Delightful collection, so I built my card around it.
I used this week's Sunday Stamps Sketch (flipped on its side) together with ephemera, puffy stickers, a wax seal and enamel dots from the Pinkfresh Studio Delightful collection that were also in the box.
The tiny thank you sentiment is from Pinkfresh Studio With Love.
This weekend I had the joy of spending several days with crafty friends at the Gather Creative Studio & Guest House in Waunekee, Wisconsin. It is truly one of my favorite places to be.
I'm not a very good traveling crafter. Most of them are somehow able to bring everything they will need. I'm usually the one sitting there in a bit of an overwhelmed daze.
I did however get a few cards made with my neglected Pinkfresh Studio kit from their last event. It turned out to be a weekend full of other things, so I hadn't even opened the box.
I saw they are releasing their Folk Snowflake today, so my timing is perfect. I used the coordinating die cut and stencils, as well as frame dies that came with the kit. I didn't follow the class instructions, but I was really happy with the end result.
I added a bit of clear bling to the snowflake in two sizes and finished with one of the Pinkfresh Studio Sentiments that came with the class.
