I am still having fun with #dyicad2023.
Day 36 was imaginary. I wanted to do a one-staple collage with my imaginary Monster crew, but for the life of me I couldn't locate my stapler (I bought a new one, then of course it showed up). So instead, I used an Eyelet Outlet Unicorn Brad to attach my playing cards to my index card.
For day 37 Metallic, I started with a Metallic Gelliprint and then used my Hexagon punch on a number of additional metallic gelliprints from my stash. I added metallic text stickers and finished with more metallic Eyelet Outlet Fish Brads.
Day 38 is Zodiac. We tend to collect goats at our house, so I pulled out a never before inked Hobby Art Ltd Get Your Goat Stamps on another metallic Gelliprint with some Pinkfresh Studio Alphabet Stickers.
Day 39 I went off-prompt and I think it's my favorite for the week. My studio was too messy to create anything, so I had to spend time putting things away and cleaning-up. As I found little bits and bobs, I cut them-up into little strips and created this glue-as-you-go collage on a discarded bubble stamped index card. I finished with a few semi-transparent Amy Tangerine Star Stickers and a tiny word ephemera from AALL & Create
Day 40 was another off-prompt with a gelli print and cardstock scraps ... finished with a piece of ephemera and another AALL Tiny Word.
Day 41 is another off-prompt card starting with a metallic gelliprint covered with lots of Love from Lizi Peel-offs before turning a high top sneaker sticker into a skate with donut wheels and adding lots of fun little ice cream bars.
And I skipped day 42 (yes, I'm okay with that). I'm trying to do what makes sense, and it was a rough week with long work days while not feeling great, so I gave myself a break and went to bed early instead of creating ... and my body thanked me for it.
