The current Unity Stamp Company February Challenge is to stock your Birthday card stash.
I decided to also take my inspiration from the picture in the Just Add Ink Challenge.
I looked for a Fern stamp in my Unity Stamp Company, but instead thought the image in the Featherly border background stamp looked very similar. I stamped it in green ink on Peach cardstock.
The Happy Birthday Stamp from Be Your OWN kind of Beautiful the January 2014 kit of the month. that left a bit of blank space in the bottom center the way the feathers were positioned, so I stamped the single Feather from Good Things are Better (also by Angie Blom), and cut it down slight to work where I needed it to cover the space.
Additionally, I used the colors for the current Color Hue Challenge in my design.
Stef, I would have never thought to stamp green on peach card-stock! I don't know why but my brain didn't go that direction. Fabulous idea and so well done! Thanks for playing along at Color Hues. Take care!
