Have you ever read the book Quiet: the Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking? In it, there is an introvert quiz. My husband got a perfect score (all Introvert), and I am closer to the middle with stronger Introvert tendencies. My Saturdays are usually spent alone in mostly total silence, recharging from a week of constant interaction from working in an open office environment.
Today I did venture out to buy some Spring sandals - the new Keena Slide Sandal from L'Artiste, one of my favorite brands (it's 51 degrees outside, which has me itching to wear sandals), but otherwise it was just me and my studio.
I spent the morning doing lots of food prep for the week, and the Beef Stew in the Crock-Pot is smelling quite yummy.
So when I picked my stamps for my Impression Obsession Tag You're It! Challenge Card, It's not surprising that I chose Impression Obsession Introverting by Dina Kowal.
I used the colors from CAS Colours & Sketches.
and the layout is from Tuesday Morning Sketches (flipped to work with my Impression Obsession Plaid Tag).
And with my embossed tag, I'm linking-up at the Embossing Challenge at The Male Room.
I am an introvert and by Friday I am in dire need of quiet!!! I tend to curl up with a good book and lie around reading OR I go into my craft room to create.
LOVE your card. The sentiment rocks. I have never heard of that sketch site so thank you for the heads up!!
Have a FABULOUS Sunday!!

I love your post and card. Now I’m off to find the book. Like you, I feel I’m in the middle with strong introvert tendencies. Friday thru Sunday I can easily hibernate with crafts, books, and pets though, I do love family celebrations.

I am not sure my husband has read that book but he found one book that really encouraged him. He is full out introvert and I am middle of the road. The good thing is that we love quiet days at home. I love your card. I think I need that set!
