Technique Junkies March Blog Hop

Lots of awesome new stamps released today at Technique Junkies.

Easter is coming ... and this adorable Little Bunny is perfect to welcome the holiday.  I paired him with the new Happy Easter sentiment and some Eyelet Outlet Easter Egg Brads on a robin's egg blue card base for a simple CAS design.

I'm linking-up at the {PIN}spirational Challenge where the Inspiration photo is this cute bunny.

I stamped Little Bunny a second time in brown on kraft cardstock for a more masculine feel.

Another gorgeous stamp from the release is the Big Butterfly Collage.  My next card was a "happy accident".   I started by creating a Color Burst Background on watercolor paper and then stamping Big Butterfly Collage in Versafine Black ink.

I primed my Kirarina Wink pen to add some white highlights to lighten up my card a bit, and I accidentally splattered some of the ink on my card ... I decided to just go with it and kept splattering ... and I absolutely love the overall effect.

I always love the look of paint splatter, but never think to do it.

For this one, I used the other half of my Color Burst background and stamped using Versafine Clair Charming Pink ink.

I used a Kirarina Wink Pen to add some white & sparkle to the top butterfly & then topped it with a teal gem flourish to pull out the bits of teal in the painted background.

Finally, a stamp that is perfect for Iowa (and many other places) ... Faith, Family, Farming.

I stamped it in brown on a Distress Oxide Ink Gel Press background and added the Donuts Happy Birthday sentiment at the bottom ... love that barn.
