A Whole Lot of Lovely

When I looked at the inspiration images and colors in the current Essentials by Ellen Pin-Sights Challenge, I immediately thought Color Burst Watercolor Powders.

I focused in on the flowers, so I chose the Essentials by Ellen Mondo Hydrangea for my focal image, stamped in Versafine Clair on Watercolor paper. 

Then came the Color Burst Powders separating into the beautiful rainbow that they are ... I love how bits of blue are visible in the pinks and purples.

I finished with a sentiment from EBE Lovely by Julie Ebersole and matted in blue to pull out more of the blues from my watercolor background using this week's CAS(E) this Sketch!  I used kraft cardstock for my "white space" to pull in that color from the bottom of the color palette.
