Vintage Sheet Music

I love searching for vintage sheet music at estate sales ... especially if it's an aged brown pile that is completely falling apart.  

At Jingle Belles this week we're creating vintage designs, so I used some scraps of sheet music (some Christmas ... some not) to create a collaged background for my design.

Next I used red ink to stamp my image several times on pages from a vintage receipt book from an Iowa Hardware & Implement store.  I added a wrap of twine that I thought worked with my rustic design.

This card was lots of inky, papery fun.
