When I saw the inspiration photo at The Paper Players, I knew it was time to break-out my new Stampin' Up Balloon Punch.
I love that I can turn any scrap of paper into a balloon bouquet. I thought these balloons were more striking on black, so I used a white pen to draw the strings.
Sentiment is from Stampin' Up Rose Wonder (love that font).
I'm also linking-up at Seize the Birthday.
Your colorful balloons look great against the black!

Love those patterned balloons and the black background does indeed show them off to best advantage. Thanks for joining my CAS 'Up, Up and Away' challenge over at The Paper Players this week!

Great happy birthday balloon bouquet! As in this case, sometimes dark backgrounds really make your design "pop." I like the font style, too. It's quite nice. :)
