The theme at CASology this week is ... Story.
The story of my childhood was music ... there were always albums playing every day. I remember reading the liner notes, memorizing the lyrics, singing and dancing along ... I can't imaging growing-up without a soundtrack. This card tells that story.
As soon as I saw the Neat & Tangled's new set For the Record, I purchased it immediately. For this card I left it clean & simple with black lines and a sentiment stamped in the lid. I used a variety of circle punches to create an Album and a couple of 45's using this week's Freshly Made Sketch.
To add a bit of texture, I used the Cuttlebug Allegro music note embossing folder on the background.
This is so cute! Your records are adorable.

A lovely colour combo and a great card! Love your story too. That embossed panel works so well too. Thanks so much for sharing your story with us at CASology this week!
