My nephew Josh just celebrated a birthday, graduated from high school, and is headed into the Marine Corps, which has been his dream for as long as I can remember. I sent him a combined card to celebrate all of the milestones in his life.
I started with a brick background (because i was looking for some red card stock in my scraps and found it ... I think the texture works nicely). I added some 3-D Marine stickers and some Cosmo Cricket Tiny Text stickers to finish the design.
Believe it or not, I used this week's CAS(E) this Sketch as my inspiration.
