My card for this week's Splitcoast Stampers Inspiration Challenge was inspired by this Whales Shower Curtain from Urban Outfitters ... I love whales, and I loved the ombre color too.
I sorted through my cardstock stash and found four shades of teal blue to begin my design. Next I added some washi tape, a wrap of twine and some border-punched waves.
I finished with a little whale stamp from Yellow Owl Workshop's Beach stamp set and a banner die cut & coordinating sentiment from Simon Says Stamp All Occasion Banners in Teal Zeal Memento ink.
I'm adding this to the Birthday Card Challenge at the Moxie Fab World blog.
Cool card! Like your layers of color w/the fab washi tape and twine. Neat whale stamp and sentiment, too. :)

This is so good - I'm thinking they need to add little red hearts to the shower curtain! lol!

I think your card would make a fabulous shower curtain. What a clever take on the photo challenge.
