For this week's Jingle Belles Skech card, I flipped it to make a gift card holder. I trimmed a 12-inch piece of cardstock and scored it equally for the pocket with a smaller folder over for the circle. I attached a piece of designer paper to cardstock before cutting the strip that holds down the pocket & attached it with brads.
Papers are all from Simple Stories Homemade Holidays. Here's a view with the flap open. I'm also joining the Flip, Flap or Oodles of Folds Challenge sponsored by Scor-Pal at the Splitcoast Stampers LoveFest.
I made some measurement errors on the circle on my first attempt, but I was able to rescue it by trimming it down smaller to fit just a gift card. I tied the larger flap with ribbon to close.
Here's Brenda's wonderful sketch to inspire you.
Nice projects! Like the design and variety of papers. The textured, kraft pc w/the snowflake and perfect linework looks great. :)

These are some of my favorite colors. Warm, woodsy and primitive. Super card!
