The December Sketch Challenge is posted at the Authentique Paper Blog ... and even though I've made holiday cards all year long, I can't stop making them ... especially with these gorgeous Wonder papers ... I really love the touches of black with the traditional holiday hues. This paper is called Anticipation.
This card is an ode to some of my favorite things ... including one of my favorite holiday treats ... eggnog (actually I prefer mine with a half eggnog ~ half milk mix) ... I do love that stuff.
I also love the delicate Elegant Scrollwork die from Memory Box ... I've found it works best if you roll it through the die cut machine several times, but then it pops out perfectly.
Here's to happy holidays ... and to eggnog ... cheers.
The "Anticipation" paper is nice and looks terrific on your card! I like the delicate scrolls and the ribbon with the black w/white dots above it. Great sketch card. :)
