It's anything goes week at the Basic Grey Challenges Blog, so I used Sweet Threads papers together with this week's Freshly Made Sketch.
I just completed assisting with a session of Dale Carnegie training and wanted to make a thank you for the leader using this Dale Carnegie quote from Corona Island Stamps. I didn't have enough contrast when I stamped it directly on the floral paper, so I stamped it on vellum, embossed, and layered it over the background.
I finished with a pink flower, green brad, and leaves die cut from Die-Namics Leafy Flourish.
This is awesome Stef! I love the colours and that gorgeous paper. Great idea with the vellum! So happy you join us at Freshly Made Sketches!
Smiles,
Lesley
