Thanks again for all of the fun.
WOoT Woot! Congratulations!!! 4 years! wow!
Favourite summer recipe or food... hmmm.. we have summer all year long! lol but in "actual" summer months its the mango season and I love thick, chilled mango shake, okay so thats a drink but I love that. There is one more thing we make a lot, melon+ tea whitener+ milk + sugar = AWESOME cool drink! ok dang it, this is another drink!
OH YES! There's this sweet dish my grams used to make, mango sweet dish basically but it had raspberry jelly and cream all beaten and mixed together as one. It is one of the only few sweet dishes I actually really love!
Yup that's it.

I think my favorite summer food is fresh fruit. I just ADORE going to the farmer's market and sampling all the beautiful fresh fruit that is grown locally. I am very lucky to live in California where the farmer's market is just plentiful with all sorts of gorgeous produce!

Wow... four years... congratulations! How wonderful!
My favorite summer food is a fruit salad I make with fresh pineapple, red and green grapes, strawberries and peaches and/or blueberries. No sugar or sauce... just plain and mixed together. Yummmm!!!

congrats on 4 yrs Steff. Amazing. Summer for me means barbeques and my hubby's marinated muscles... lots of garlic butter and soy sauce mixed together and poured over freshly cook muscles in their shells on the barbie.... makes me want summer here in NZ to hurry up and come!

Congrats on the 4 years. I think one of my favorites is a good salad made with all the good ingredrients coming right from the garden........I don't have a garden, but love to shop the fresh farm markets for those great ingredients.

Four years? Wow. I know I've enjoyed watching your journey & being inspired by it.
Summer recipe...hmm...my mom shared a great salad with me a few months ago: spinach, tomatoes, capers, and thinly sliced avocado, with your favourite creamy dressing. She used Caesar; I've tried & loved Greek yogurt garlic & feta. I also like to add feta crumbles to the salad itself.

Congratulations on four years! My favorite summer foods are home grown tomatoes, corn on the cob and fresh raspberries. I wait all year for a caprese salad...not worth eating if the tomatoes aren't from the garden!

Congratulations - 4 years!!
You've been a 'friend' for a long time Steff.
My favourite(S) for summer are: tomatoes from the garden (caprese style), bing cherries, watermelon, cold pasta salad(S), fresh veggies and fresh fruit.
Thank you for letting us participate in your celebrations.

Congrat's on the four years! You inspire me each day I open my email and find your latest post. My favorite Summer meal is BBQ Ribs. I put olive oil on them and then rib rub and bake them at 325 for a couple to three hours (with tin foil on them), and then take the tin foil off and crank it up to 400 for the last 15 minutes. Sometimes on that last 15 minutes, I'll put sweet baby ray BBQ sauce on them too. So bad and so good all at the same time.

Happy Bloggy Birthday!!! My favorite summertime food has to be corn on the cob!!! We just stocked our freezer with it and eat it every chance we can! I am not much of a cook, so don't have any recipes, but eating corn on the cob, cooked anyway is always a treat to me! Thanks for the chance to win some for your favorite goodies!

There is nothing better than fresh local Oregon strawberries, in any way, shape or form! Or our local Dungeness crab that we are able to get right off the docks on the Pacific Ocean!
Congrats.
