My Melt With You Snowman Card was chosen as a favorite at the Stampotique Designers Challenge, so I wanted to play along with this week's Challenge which is a sketch.
I love these fabulous girls from Jill Penney & Daniel Torrente ... edgy, but still very fun. I used Moth Fab, Prom Queen, & SuperGirl and trimmed their faces into squares for the sketch design (click through for a bigger view).
The background paper is Tim Holtz Vintage Shabby paper pad & the sentiment is You Go Girl! from The Paper Studio. I used Prismacolor pencils and glitter pens to color my design. The border punch is EK Success Deco Scallop & black gems are Hero Arts.
This card is also for the Daring Cardmakers It's a Girl Thing! challenge to a make a card for your best friend or sister ... on in my case, a sister who is a best friend.
Great card! What a lovely trio!
