This week SCS Inspiration Challengecomes from the wonderful website Warm Biscuit Bedding Company (suggested by okstamper). When I saw this very sweet Personalized Sister Art, I knew what I wanted to do.
After the enabling (not that she had to push that hard) of the amazing Julie (her Royal Rubberness), I purchased some fabulous silhouette images from About Art Accents (the entire plate is 50% off ... a steal). This one reminds me of a favorite photo of me and my sister holding hands. I really love the look of solid images stamped on DP. My favorite full coverage black ink for projects like this one is Memories India Ink that I then heat emboss with Transcendence clear embossing powder (it embosses any ink).
I don't remember who makes the cloud paper ... Any time I find cloud paper I buy it because I love it for cards. The green is Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday & sentiment is Hero Arts Friends (because my sister is one of my dearest friends).
Make sure you leave me a comment on this post for a chance to win one of two $25 gift certificates for some awesome on-line shopping to celebrate 150,000 hits on my blog.
And if you want, check out my feature on the Artistic Outpost Blog ... I can't wait to show you the awesome new stamps they are releasing next week.

OOOH! that's lovely! i especially like how you've layered the silhouette image OVER a patterned paper "scene" of grass and sky! (i'd've NEVER everrrrr thought of that...but it is BRILLIANT!) ♥
(ps: i am almost sure that paper is MME--i have it too & love it!) (if i get up & check i'll get distracted so i'm resisting the urge!)
