When I read a magazine, I tear out pages as I go. I use a marker to write on the page why I am saving it (recipe, color combination, inspiration challenge idea, website). When I have quite a few pages, I sort them and file them in clear page protectors in binders for future use and inspiration.
This card is made from a Chevrolet advertisement that has been in the front of several magazines this month. I loved the contrast of the grays with the bright turquoise background. I was able to trim the vehicle & use what remained of the page for Kazan's Sketch #42.
I added a chipboard frame (from an RAK) that I sprayed lightly with Graphite Glimmer Mist. The Stampendous Retro Thank You was stamped on the ad with India ink and clear embossed.
Wishing you all the best for the holidays.
wow...love it!
