This week's SCS Inspiration Challenge is to be inspired by some of the fabulous packaging featured on the website Lovely Package. I spent a long time looking through lots of posts & had difficulty narrowing my inspiration down to just one thing. No doubt, I will be returning to this website for inspiration in the future.
I chose this very cool box of chocolates by Coco-luxe as my inspiration. I love the square design and the cool white images on those great colors. I didn't have any small teapot stamps, so instead I looked for other solid images that produced a similar effect.
I chose inchie stamps from Inkadinkado's Special Thoughts and Butterflies & Birds, which were stamped in PaperTreyInk's Fresh Snow and embossed with white detail embossing powder.
I punched the images with a square punch and then sponged around the edges for dimension. I chose a gray cardstock base to mimic the wrappers in the chocolate box.
I hope you find inspiration.
THAT is FABULOUS!!!!!!
I super love those stamps, but the way you embossed them and punched them out...a simple layout, but you made it PERFECTLY STUNNING!

Very cool! I haven't checked out the challenge yet - full plate today - but this is great! Oh, and if you get a notice that I un-subscribed from your blog, don't be sad - I just moved you from Feedburner to Google. It's soooo much easier to have all you crafty chicas in one place, ya know? Can't miss a single day! Ta!
