I used today's SCS featured stamper challenge as an opportunity to finish another holiday card. Wendybell's Peaceful Wishes as my inspiration (check out her Wickedly Wonderful Creations). I loved the combination of Riding Hood Red and Basic Grey for a holiday card.
The red panel was embossed with Cuttlebug's Snowflakes folder and sponged with Palette New Canvas ink to bring out the design.
Stampendous Snow Flurry and Studio G Snowfakes wooden stamp were inked with Versamark and ColorBox Chalk Lipstick red and embossed with Iridescent Ice Embossing Powder for sparkle (I also added snowflakes to the inside of the card).
Touches of Christmas Red Stickles were added to the center of the snowflakes (and for once I was actually patient enough not to smear them). The sentiment is from Stampin' Up's retired Snowflakes set.
Ooooohhhh.....Gorgeous! RHR and BG...LOVE it!!!
