Today is the final day of Denise's Spring Fever Challenge. Today I had to:
- 1) Make a monogram card using stamps, stickers or die cuts for the letters of the monogram
- 2) Use my favorite color paper for the card base and any pattern paper (I knew choosing orange yesterday was going to get me)
- 3) Use ribbon on your card
- 4) Use some sort of scallop on your card
No stamping on this one & I revisited a fold I've done before. I scored the front panel 1 3/8" and folded it back. I tied the ribbon around the fold and then taped the fold down to the front of the card.
I punched the Stampin' Up scallop circle and adhered that to inside of the card. The 1 3/8" and 1 1/4" circles were layered and only adhered on the right side, so the flap could slide underneath.
I punched a 1 1/4" partial circle from the fold, so it easily slides in. The DP is Mellow by Basic Grey.
A big thanks to Denise for a fun week of Spring Fever Challenges. The final part of the challenge was to issue a challenge back to her. I want to see her make a purple card set using her Just Rite Stampers.
First of all...I love your card and I have enjoyed all your cards this week. I am totally going to CASE this card one day. Thanks for the challenge and I will gladly make a card set with my monogram stampers...thanks for paying attention to what I write on my blog.
