This week's SCS Inspiration is this beautiful Seaside Charm Bracelet from Teka and Zoe Jewelry. I loved how many tiny little gems and charms they included on this beautiful bracelet.
I knew I wanted to make some charms for my card too. I stamped various fish from Judikins and Mountin' Rubber Stamps using Versamark and Aquamarine & Wisteria ColorBox Chalk Ink with Ranger Bridal Embossing Tinsel (it gives a silvery opal sheen). I punched a hole in the top of each fish and attached jump rings.
I embossed marbled wrapping paper using my Cuttlebug Shell Collage for my "ocean". Since the wrapping paper was a bit thin, I attached it to a white cardstock rectangle for stability and wrapped silver metallic cord around it multiple times in a haphazard pattern. I attached that piece to a silver card base.
I attached my swimming fish and a Hope charm to the card. I love the movement and dimension this card has.
I hope you find some inspiration too.
Oh wow....how pretty!! Amazing job!
Have a great weekend!
