My sister and I truly did have worlds of fun at Worlds of Fun today ... the weather was perfect and the crowds were small ... we rode roller coasters until we couldn't ride them any more ... a very fun day indeed. I'll have pictures when I return (no editing ability on this computer).
I was also thrilled to see that my Vintage Children's Cards were the Runner-Up on Card of the Week ... woo hoo.

I got two fun e-mails this morning.
First - I won this very fabulous-looking book in a random drawing on Jennifer McGuire's blog (love her stuff). I often use layout and design ideas from scrapbooking books as inspiration for making cards.
Second, my Rockin' Birthday card was this week's sketch winner on Page Plans.
I am so excited that some fun things will be coming my way in the mail.

When I get home from the office, I usually sit down at my home computer and start working my way through the day's blog posts in my bloglines feed list. Today there were so many pretty pictures of spring, flowers and sunshine. Not here, however ... mother nature played a cruel trick on us today ... yet more snow. I'm wondering if spring is ever going to arrive.
