For this week's Jingle Belles card I started with some Spotted Core'dinations Cardstock that i sanded to reveal the dots. Next, for our Ho Ho H2O theme, I added several squirts of Whipped Cream Memories Mists. The look reminded me of the spray of snow that happens when you get hit with a snowball.
I added an unsanded, unsprayed strip of the same cardstock & then scattered some glittery chipboard snowflakes that I got from the Paper Issues Etsy Store (love buyintg things from there ... she's so nice & everything arrives so quickly & wrapped so pretty). I finished with an SRM Winter sticker sentiment attached to white cardstock & them punched with a square punch on both ends.

oh, i love it and it does look like snowball spray! love the colours and sketch too.

LOVE this holiday card! Such pretty colors and that whipped cream mist is so sparkly. Like the snowflakes and sentiment banner, too. :)
