This week's SCS Inspiration Challenge comes from the Etsy Shop of OctoPurse. Shop owner Daphne turned her sewing hobby into a business after teachers loved receiving the cute little purses. It allows her to share her love for colorful Japanese and US Fabrics. I chose this adorable purse to inspire my design.
I started with vibrant butterfly designer paper and added some new Friendship Sentiments stamps from the new Imagine series by Crafter's Companion.
The friendship definition was repeatedly stamped on the background. I added a coordinating sentiment on a white flag with some punched butterflies & pearls.
I hope you find inspiration.

What a PERFECT interpretation of this fabric! I have never stamped a definition over patterned paper, but I LOVE the effect! You have certainly inspired me, Stephanie. Thanks so much for sharing your blog on the Market Street Stamps Facebook page! xo Angelica

I like the way you took this colorful butterfly printed paper and added the flag sentiment and butterflies to make a FANTASTIC card! LOVE it! :)
